Our butchery sells a wide variety of produce, some of which has been reared on our own farm. We place great stock on the welfare of our animals during their lives and rest assured that our animal husbandry of our chosen suppliers is of the highest standards.
We are delighted that the expansion of our business has provided the vehicle to showcase some of the region’s top quality local produce. This includes lamb and beef passionately reared on our land by Steve Truelove of Temple Farm, Fen End and free range pork and chicken from Packington Free Range.
Our in-house butchers, Paul and his team, are never happier than when chatting to customers, offering advice on recipes, cooking times and meat preparation.
