

Our butchery sells a wide variety of produce, some of which has been reared on our own farm. We place great stock on the welfare of our animals during their lives and rest assured that our animal husbandry of our chosen suppliers is of the highest standards.
We are delighted that the expansion of our business has provided the vehicle to showcase some of the region’s top quality local produce. This includes lamb and beef passionately reared on our land by Steve Truelove of Temple Farm, Fen End and free range pork and chicken from Packington Free Range.
Our in-house butchers, Paul and his team, are never happier than when chatting to customers, offering advice on recipes, cooking times and meat preparation. Their passion and respect for the meat is obvious. If you’re preparing a dinner party, a Sunday roast or a more informal BBQ, come along and have a chat with us. Lamb
Reared on our farm by our neighbouring farmer Steve Truelove, Temple Farm. The lambs can be seen enjoying themselves in the fields surrounding the farm shop throughout the year

Beef
Reared by Steve Truelove, Temple Farm, grazed in the fields behind the farm shop. We use the highest quality traditional beef in our butchery renowned for providing great flavoured, melt in the mouth beef from stewing beef to fillet steak.

Free Range Pork
Supplied from Packington Free Range, born and living outdoors for their whole lives, they are reared to the highest welfare standards with plenty of space to roam, be sociable and wallow in the mud on sunny days.

Free Range Chicken
Supplied from Packington Free Range, reared with care, attention and with the welfare of the birds always coming first.
